We provide eco-packaging for all orders. Prices vary for separate packaging.
We provide free nationwide delivery for all orders over ₱1800.
All types of payment methods including e-wallets, debit and credit cards is accepted.
We use protective materials such as corrugated box, premium luxury hard box and honeycomb paper geami wraps as eco-friendly alternatives to bubble wraps to safeguard the items during transit.
Additionally, we use fillers to fill in the gaps in the boxes to prevent clashing of items.
All packaging materials are made out of paper and are eco-friendly.
The shipping time can vary depending on several factors, including the destination and the shipping method selected.
Generally, shipments within Metro Manila takes 1-3 business days only while shipments to provinces take 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated time frames and can be subject to delays beyond our control depending on the courier.
Yes, you may opt to choose to pickup your orders from our LUMI Showroom in San Juan from 10am - 5pm only.
You may opt to choose Grab Express, and/or Lalamove as well.
Yes, we offer same-day delivery services within Metro Manila for orders arranged before the 11:00 am cut-off time.
If you have urgent requests, you can also choose to pick up your orders from our LUMI Showroom in San Juan between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Grab Mart and Pickaroo are also great options for your same-day delivery needs.
